Carol A. Lewis is the firmwide leader of BKD’s business valuation services and has more than 30 years of experience advising clients in valuation, accounting, tax and litigation matters. She has provided services to clients in numerous industries, including agriculture, banking, manufacturing, professional services and health care.
Carol has performed business valuation services for more than 15 years, including valuations for financial reporting, estate and gift tax, employee stock ownership plans, divorce, mergers and acquisitions. She also has served as an expert witness and provided testimony regarding business valuation and damages.
Carol is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and a candidate member with American Society of Appraisers. She is a licensed CPA in both Kansas and Colorado. Carol also holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential awarded by the AICPA.
The meeting begins with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Free parking is available in the Denver Athletic Club parking garage. Please notify the parking attendant that you are there for the meeting.
